I use a range of writing activities, based on research and evidence, to give people the tools and opportunity to nurture their emotional health and wellbeing. I facilitate the activities with a strong focus on resilience, reflection and restoration.

 

How we work together begins with you:

You might want to find a way back to yourself or out of yourself. You may need to face up to the big things or appreciate the small things. You may want to find ways to feel grounded or to lift yourself up. You might want to build your resilience, find your voice, bring your team closer together, capture some memories, find your spark, find some peace in a busy world - or simply have some fun.

I offer:

  • A series of sessions or writing programme designed around a theme you want to explore
